During periods of high order volume or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly extended. We will proactively notify you via email if there are any material delays to your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

Standard Shipping: 15 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs clearance processes, extreme weather events, logistical constraints, or public holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with full tracking information.

Tracking details typically become active within 24-48 hours after shipment. If you do not see updates immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier to update their tracking system.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including street number, apartment/unit number, and correct zip code.

CORTNEY MARIE WELLS will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to file a carrier investigation.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and provide clear photos of the damaged bag, the original packaging, and the shipping label to support your claim.

We will assess your case promptly and work to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

To extend the lifespan of your bag products, please use, clean, and store them in line with the care instructions included with each item. CORTNEY MARIE WELLS is not responsible for damage resulting from improper cleaning, improper storage, overloading, unauthorized modification, or misuse of the products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees may be charged depending on the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
